Through guided reflection and practical tools, we identify thought patterns, behaviours, and automatic stress responses, building self-awareness and emotional regulation.

Skills & Strategy Development

We introduce and practise using personalised strategies - such as boundary setting, stress-reduction techniques, and communication skills - tailored to specific needs and work context.

Integration & Closure

We review the progresses, reinforce key insights, and co-create a long-term self-care plan. The trajectory closes with a focus on independence, sustainability, and access to continued support when needed.

Training of trainers

We deliver Training of Trainer (ToT) programs to integrate sustainable organizational stress management and staff support. These courses equip future trainers with the knowledge and skills needed to deliver impactful, high-quality staff training. ToT programsare usually followed by intervision and/or supervision or refresher trainings, in order to ensure sustainable organizational capacity building.
