Our holistic view

We believe lasting staff wellbeing is only possible when supported at every level — individual, team, and organizational — and rooted in inclusive, caring workplace cultures.

We provide psychosocial and psychological support before, during and post deployment to individual employees. On a team level we train teams and managers on soft skills and stress and trauma-informed knowledge. On an organizational level we support organizations with implementation and development of policy regarding staff support.
