Complaints Procedure

Filing a Complaint

  • Where and How
    • Email your contact details to: mail@staging.antaresfoundation.org. Please mention in the subject line that the email is about filing a complaint. Or call to: +31 20 3308340 and leave a voicemail.
    • One of the managing directors of Antares Foundation will give you a call or will email you to talk about the complaint. This will be done within 48 hours.
    • After the discussion, you will receive a summary of what was discussed and how to proceed.
    • If needed, we will inform the board of directors of Antares Foundation to take over the complaint.
    • If needed, we will assign a third party to manage the complaint.

Our way of working

  • We will handle complaints confidentiality.
  • The timeframes within which a complaint is processed
    • We strive to resolve the complaint within four weeks.
  • We guarantee we will hear and take all involved parties into account.
